Supervisor, Revenue Operations (ROPS)

Role Overview

The Supervisor of Revenue Operations (ROPS) will lead the day-to-day operations of the Provider Web Administration (PWA) and VA Registration team within Team Vault. This includes meeting operational metric objectives established by leadership and directly supervising a team of dedicated Revenue Specialists.

What You Will Do

Directly supervise a team of 8-13 dedicated administrators and support teammates responsible for executing on an assigned portfolio of payer portal requests, TMSS access tickets, teammate terminations, password resets, and VA vendor registrations.

Requirements

• 2 years related supervisory experience required
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Relevant experience in healthcare revenue cycle, portal administration, or credentialing/enrollment
