Role Overview

As the Vice President, Growth (Business Development), you will serve as the chief architect of a comprehensive, multi-year growth strategy for approximately one-quarter of our U.S. dialysis business—representing a $2–3 billion annual revenue scope.

What You Will Do

Design, translate, and execute complex, market-specific multi-year growth strategies into actionable 12-24 month tactics. Lead initiatives across Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Joint Ventures (JVs) for a $2-3B revenue scope.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10+ years of experience with a demonstrated track record in corporate development, M&A, joint ventures, or strategic partnerships
  • Master’s Degree (MBA preferred) or Bachelor’s Degree with equivalent experience
  • Experience within the healthcare services sector and value-based care (VBC) models is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to influence, communicate, and partner effectively with senior operational leaders, external physician groups, and hospital executives
