Perform accounting duties, financial analysis, and report preparation to enhance productivity and advise management teams on revenue maximization and budget development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Accounting experience in a not-for-profit environment (preferred)
- Functional knowledge of accounting process
- Working knowledge of spreadsheet applications
- Analytical skills
- Ability to understand accounting and finance concepts
- Effective communication skills
- Interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
