Sales Operations Business Partner

Dayforce is a global human capital management (HCM) company that offers a Cloud HCM platform. The Sales Operations Business Partner will support the sales organization through data analysis, Salesforce hygiene, reporting, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Business, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Analytics
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Experience working with Salesforce reporting and pipeline data
• Experience with forecasting and pipeline management
• Exposure to territory planning or quota setting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights
• Exposure to AI tools or data-driven automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Gong and Power BI
