Growth Strategy Lead

Role Overview

Lead the development and prioritisation of growth opportunities across DCC Energy GB, providing strategic insight and commercial rigour to support delivery of the DCC Energy GB strategy.

What You Will Do

Combine market analysis, financial modelling, proposition development and partnership evaluation to identify where to invest, how to grow, and how to accelerate growth through innovation, acquisition, partnership and investment.

Requirements

• Significant experience within strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development or a similar strategic leadership environment
• Proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives and influencing senior decision-makers
• Strong market sizing, customer segmentation and financial modelling capabilities
• Experience assessing strategic opportunities and making recommendations in ambiguous or uncertain environments
• Ability to evaluate commercial opportunities through multiple scenarios and develop clear strategic choices
• Experience presenting business cases and recommendations to executive-level stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate credibly across multiple business functions
