Decagon is looking for a Business Development, Private Equity Lead to join the Founder’s Office and help drive expansion. The role involves cultivating and deepening executive relationships across large enterprises, private equity firms, strategic partners, and the broader technology and investment ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in strategic growth, partnerships, enterprise GTM, or founder-adjacent roles
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives, VC/PE investors, and operators
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Proven judgment in prioritizing deals, partners, and markets
