Financial Analyst – Retail

Role Overview

As a Finance Analyst II – Retail, you’ll support financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the North America commercial business. You’ll partner with finance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting, meaningful insights, and analysis that evaluate business performance and operational effectiveness.

What You Will Do

Support quarterly forecast and annual budget processes, review submissions for accuracy, prepare summary reports and analysis, and perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles
• Prior experience in Consumer Products or Retail industry a plus
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and support resolution efforts
• Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support actionable insights
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based, and evolving environment while managing multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present financial information
• Proficient Excel skills, including lookups, pivot tables, and basic financial modeling
• Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or similar financial systems preferred
