Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We’re looking for a Customer Onboarding Manager to support the launch of our Global all-in-one Employee Management Platform Implementation for a diverse set of clients.
Requirements
- 2+ years in a customer onboarding or Implementation role supporting a B2B SaaS product, particularly in HR, Payroll, and Finance domains.
- Fluent level of Thai and English.
- Project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer obsession and ability to build strong customer relationships.
- Communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats.
