We are seeking a dynamic and focused Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. As an Inside Sales Representative at Clearnetworx, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth by promoting our Fiber Internet services to businesses and residential customers.

Requirements

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through various lead sources
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customers’ internet connectivity requirements
  • Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our Fiber Internet services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and sales activities in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales campaigns
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
