Senior Financial Analyst, Performance Measurement

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in delivering P&L reporting, analysis, and insights for Definity’s Personal and Commercial Insurance businesses. The role works closely with senior finance and business partners to prepare line-of-business P&L reporting, executive and board-level materials, and forward-looking analysis.

What You Will Do

Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting for Personal and Commercial Insurance, produce executive and board-level reporting, partner with actuarial, underwriting, claims, and business teams, and support business decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Math/Statistics, or a related field, CPA designation, 3+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or performance measurement, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
