Role Overview
Lead and develop a sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets, oversee inventory, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements
- 2+ years of previous auto dealership Sales Management experience
- Proficiency with CRM software
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market trends
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and (if required) state sales license
- High School Diploma
