Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive HR/People experience
- 5+ years operating at the Director level or above as a People Business Partner or People leader
- Demonstrated experience as the most senior HRBP or People leader supporting a go-to-market, sales, or revenue organization
- Proven ability to build trusted, peer-level relationships with C-suite executives and influence at the highest levels of an organization
- Strong expertise in org design, workforce planning, executive talent management, and succession planning at scale
