Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Operations Program Management, Management Consulting, or Business Transformation
• International mindset with a proven track record in multi-market environments or managing large-scale BPO operations
• Resilience, stakeholder mastery, delivery discipline, and language skills (fluent English, additional languages an advantage)
