Product Operations Senior Specialist

HungerStation is part of the Delivery Hero Group, a local delivery platform that operates in over 70+ countries worldwide. We are seeking a Product Operations Senior Specialist to work closely with Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure the successful launch of product features, manage business requests, and drive business value.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of operational experience in an e-commerce or food/tech industry
• Deep problem solving skills and strong hypothesis formulation
• Experience in analyzing and validating API payloads, requests, and responses
• Experience in building operational processes and defining improvements
• Project management experience and prioritization skills
• Ability to build relationships, motivate peers, and manage upwards
• Strong product sense and data analytics experience
