Join the HQ Global Growth Q-commerce team as a world-class Growth Business Analyst to translate data into actionable insights, optimize growth levers, and drive projects end-to-end.
What You Will Do
Lead analysis and consolidation of learnings, provide clear guidance on growth experiments, and drive projects to increase user base, frequency, and retention rates.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced data-driven environment, be fluent in English, and have expertise in Google Sheets/Excel and SQL.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior experience in fast-paced data-driven environment
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Management, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar
- Expertise in Google Sheets/Excel, SQL strongly preferred
- Data-driven mentality
- Curious attitude and eager to learn
- Fluent in English
- Strong project management skills
- Great communication, visualisation & storytelling skills
