We are looking for a Senior Merchant Growth Executive to manage and grow the revenue of a portfolio of partner accounts. The ideal candidate should have experience in client management, be comfortable making outbound calls, and have excellent communication and sales skills.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years experience within a client management role
- Ability to make outbound calls via digital communication tools over extended periods of time
- Effective English communication skills
- Data sensitivity and sales-mindedness
- Experience with online business tools such as Google applications and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and consultative-sale approach
- Strong relationship building and target-oriented skills
- Resilience and willingness to learn
