Senior Specialist, Product Operations (Consumer Search & Discovery)

We are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Specialist, Product Operations to join us on our journey in delivering amazing experiences. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in web and mobile consumer products as a product/tech specialist, preferably in an e-commerce company
• A passion for design excellence, usability & consumer appeal in products
• A passion for building a great product & being successful with that product in the market
• Good understanding of software development processes and related tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro)
• Good analytical skills to size the product opportunities, including SQL/BigQuery or a strong desire to learn
• Highly motivated team player with exceptional stakeholder management skills, very pragmatic and agile in handling and leading topics independently
• Comfortable with a dynamic, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment being able to have an impact and influence early on
• Great communicator with excellent English language skills, able to get ideas across effectively and persuasively across a diverse set of stakeholders and peer
• Experience in Search & Discovery is a plus
