Role Overview
Join Deloitte Digital’s Customer Data team and help global brands design and deliver intelligent customer engagement. As a Marketing Data Cloud Engineer, you will work with international clients to design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. You will be responsible for configuring data streams, defining identity resolution rules, and building calculated insights, delivering unified and real-time customer profiles that power experiences across digital channels.
What You Will Do
Configure data streams, define identity resolution rules, build calculated insights, and deliver unified and real-time customer profiles. Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with external platforms, such as Cloud Data Lakes, CRM systems, and mobile applications. Support data pipeline monitoring and optimization, and troubleshoot, improve, and scale existing data models and integrations.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or a strong background in Cloud Data Engineering with a desire to cross-train into the Salesforce ecosystem. Strong proficiency in SQL, experience with Python or other scripting languages, and knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem technologies. Proactive personality with an analytical mindset, ability to create insights based on client requirements, and very good written and spoken English.
