Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics & AI Engineer to support executives and business leaders by delivering advanced analytics, AI-powered insights, and enterprise reporting solutions.
What You Will Do
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Tableau dashboards, executive scorecards, KPI frameworks, and analytical applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
- 3-7 years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or Applied AI
- Advanced Tableau expertise includes dashboard development, performance optimization, LOD expressions, data modeling, Tableau Server/Tableau Cloud, and governance
- Strong experience with Amazon Redshift, SQL optimization, dimensional modeling, and analytical data architecture
- Strong Python programming skills for analytics, forecasting, machine learning, and AI applications
- Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and enterprise reporting solutions
- Familiarity with Generative AI, conversational analytics, and machine learning concepts
- Manufacturing, EV, Automotive, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, or Connected Vehicle Analytics experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business partnering skills
