Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

Role Overview

The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will develop plans, forecasts, budgets, and perform analysis to support Global Consulting Services leadership with major business decisions and in overall financial health. The role will leverage data analytics to identify and prioritize business challenges, risks, and opportunities. The Manager will analyze financials to explain drivers of performance and communicate insights to Finance and/or business leaders and support the development of financial goals.

What You Will Do

The Manager will provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership and support the decision-making process. The role will synthesize, interpret, and challenge data to develop meaningful insights that inform recommendations. The Manager will manage the implementation of changes to management reporting within GCS and drive FP&A and broader Finance & Administration (FA) internal change programs focused on driving efficiencies and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related subject or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant Finance experience
• Demonstrated accomplishments in the following areas: Financial reporting and analysis, Planning and forecasting, Data analysis, management, and visualization, Business and process improvement, Project Management, Advanced in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
