Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for identifying and engaging with care providers that may benefit from Delphi’s specialist services. You’ll be speaking with owners, directors, registered managers, and senior leaders across the care sector, taking the time to understand their challenges and introducing solutions that can genuinely help.
What You Will Do
Generating new business opportunities through telephone outreach, email, LinkedIn, and networking. Building relationships with care providers across the UK. Identifying organisations that could benefit from services such as mock CQC inspections and compliance audits, turnaround and improvement support, regulatory and registration support, quality assurance services, operational improvement programmes, recruitment and strategic growth solutions.

Requirements
- Experience in business development, sales, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience generating and developing B2B opportunities.
- Confidence speaking with senior decision-makers.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a pipeline of opportunities.
- A proactive, organised, and target-driven approach.
- The ability to open conversations, build trust, and identify genuine client needs.
