Demand Generation Specialist responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing B2B demand generation campaigns, building targeted prospect lists, and analyzing campaign performance to drive pipeline growth and market leadership.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
  • Hands-on experience executing campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
  • Experience using prospecting or enrichment tools such as Apollo
  • Familiarity with campaign channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, email marketing, and webinar promotion
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and identify optimization opportunities
