Business Unit Head (GTM Strategy & P&L)

We are looking for a Business Unit Head to head one of Denave’s fastest-growing service lines which enables global enterprises to unlock growth through data transformation, enrichment, segmentation, and activation.

This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of P&L, GTM strategy, and product innovation, especially across GenAI, Agentic AI, and sales intelligence platforms.

What you’ll own:

• End-to-end business growth, profitability, and scalability
• Building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
• Driving GenAI-led product innovation for sales intelligence and outreach automation
• Creating scalable delivery models across global markets
• Partnering with leadership to shape the future of B2B data, analytics & RevOps

What we’re looking for:

• 14–20 years of experience in scaling B2B tech-enabled businesses
• Strong P&L ownership and GTM experience
• Exposure to GenAI, automation, and advanced analytics
• Proven leadership in high-growth / entrepreneurial environments
• Candidates with experience across both startup and corporate environments will be highly preferred
