Role Overview
As a Senior Financial Analyst, Practice Business Partner, you will act as a trusted financial partner to practice managers and regional and senior operations leaders, translating data into insights that help improve performance, strengthen efficiency, and support growth across Dentalcorp’s national network.

Analyze practice financial performance, prepare reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis, and translate results into clear, actionable recommendations. Partner with practice managers and regional and senior operations leaders to understand business priorities, provide financial guidance, and support confident decision-making.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- At least 2 to 3 years experience as a Financial Analyst or Business Partner in a prior finance role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and align financial goals with overall business objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software systems
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
