District Sales Manager position at Dentsply Sirona, a leading manufacturer of professional dental products and technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting tactics to achieve sales targets, providing regular feedback, and planning clinical education activities to drive business growth in the territory.
Requirements
- Commit to and achieve company sales objectives and growth targets
- Plan and manage the travel expenses
- Provide regular feedback to marketing team and management team on new customers, business situation, market trends and competitors’ strategies
- Plan and execute clinical education activities with marketing team to drive the business growth in the territory and promote new products
- Responsible for sales management in the district, monitoring cross-territorial sales, and helping dealers develop new clients
- Responsible for guiding front line sales in the district, provide coaching and feedback to them and help improve their competency
- Conduct two full day join call with front line sales per week
- Responsible for managing and maintaining good relations with VIP clients in the district
- Other projects or task forces assigned by manager
