Requirements

  • Meeting commercial monthly goals established by the company.
  • Ensuring the successful closure of each sale, ensuring the quality and reliability of the financial information that supports each commercial transaction.
  • Monitoring and tracking the commercial performance of each assigned advisor, making the necessary feedback and action plans to ensure individual commercial goals.
  • Proposing and executing action plans aimed at improving processes and results, in accordance with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Identifying operational, administrative, and commercial risks that may affect customer satisfaction and results, proposing viable solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate standards related to brand image and compliance with current tourist legal regulations at each assigned point of sale.
  • Leading high-performance teams.
