Operations – KYC and Client Data Operations Senior Position – AVP

We are seeking a strong and motivated Operations Senior AVP to join our KYC and Client Data Operations Department in Tokyo, Japan. The role involves supporting the onboarding of new clients, extending relationships to existing clients, and maintaining client accounts in compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Institutions for Operations or infrastructure functions, excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, and experience in people management or team lead.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of work experience in Financial Institutions for Operations or infrastructure functions
• Experience in people management or team lead
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Japanese and English
• Experiences in KYC/AML related control functions (preferrable)
• University graduate with good academic record
• JSDA 1 and 2
