Sales Manager – Premium Banking role involves acquiring new clients, building relationships, and ensuring smooth transitions. The candidate will work closely with the Advantage Banking team to grow the client portfolio and implement customer contact programs. The role requires in-depth knowledge of products and policies, good communication and negotiation skills, and awareness of the market and competition.
Requirements
- Prior experience in new to bank acquisition of saving accounts through open market lead generation and closure
- Successful onboarding of customers for a smooth transition to branch banking team
- Sourcing new accounts
- Acquisition of target clientele across Advantage Banking segments
- Acquiring new accounts from group companies / family of existing customers
- Acquiring new accounts from referrals from existing customers
- Relationship building, deepening, cross selling, and transitioning
- Risk management and governance
- Awareness and adherence with Know Your Customer policy, Anti Money Laundering Policy, Mis-selling Policy, Information Protection Policy, Operational Risk, Code of Conduct, and other laid down compliance norms of the bank
