Senior Data Engineer (f/m/x) – Corporate Bank Technology – Commercial Banking

Deutsche Bank Technology in Berlin is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain data pipelines using technologies like Apache Beam, Apache Airflow and Spring Boot. The role involves provisioning and managing infrastructure as a code using Terraform, creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and actively participating in an agile team setup. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, strong hands-on programming experience in Java and/or Python, and solid knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience with platforms such as Google BigQuery.

Requirements

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using technologies like Apache Beam, Apache Airflow and Spring Boot
• Provision and manage infrastructure as a code using Terraform
• Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Github actions), automate testing and deployments, prepare production releases, and continuously monitor, track, and remediate defects and security vulnerabilities
• Actively participating in an agile team setup and providing feedback to improve ways of working
