Role Overview
As a Business Manager for CRO, you will support the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, prepare management meetings, create reports, and coordinate with stakeholders. You will work on an equal footing with colleagues, municipalities, the economy, and society. You will support the development of construction management through conceptual contributions and new impulses.
What You Will Do
You will prepare and support the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, create presentations and decision-making documents, analyze data, and provide concrete recommendations for action.

Requirements
- Completed studies in economics or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in business management, project management, consulting, or a comparable function
- Experience in collaboration with senior stakeholders on operational and strategic levels
- In-depth knowledge of creating reports, analyses, and management presentations
- Secure handling of common office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good knowledge of German and English
