Business Manager of CRO

Role Overview

As a Business Manager of CRO, you will support strategic and operational topics for the implementation of cross-sectional initiatives, prepare management meetings, create reports, and coordinate with stakeholders.

You will analyze key figures, derive action recommendations, and participate in change processes, project management, and special topics.

Requirements

• Completed studies in economics or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in business management, project management, consulting, or a comparable function
• Experience in collaboration with senior stakeholders at the operational and strategic level
• Fundamental knowledge in the creation of reports, analyses, and management presentations
• Safe handling of common office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good knowledge of German and English
