Role Overview
The Regional Sales Manager will lead and grow our sales efforts across a region in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling services, preferably within the industrial, construction or material handling equipment industry, and a proven track record of managing sales teams.
What You Will Do
Manage a regional sales team, drive sales growth through service sales, train and coach sales representatives, and implement our structured sales process.

Requirements
- High school diploma
- 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a service-oriented role within the equipment industry
- 3 years of experience managing a team with demonstrated success in coaching, mentoring, and performance management
