We are a trusted technology partner specializing in software development and more, looking for a customer success manager to lead the customer success team and drive adoption and outcomes for our clients.

Requirements

  • Manage a set of named customers and drive adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy
  • Provide best-in-class responsiveness and create an experience for the client in which they feel confident getting to a resolution
  • Gather customer feedback to inform our sales process and product roadmap
  • Provide ongoing technical and product support to customers
  • Own the customer contract and renewal process
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their adoption trends, usage, and business plans
  • Identify opportunities for customers to act as Impartner advocates
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to support expansion opportunities
