Seeking a detail-oriented Service Analyst to support and scale data-driven services in a high-growth fintech hospitality environment.
Requirements
- Pilot and operate new data services—performing data acquisition, reconciliation, validation, and discrepancy analysis across hospitality systems.
- Document and refine end-to-end SOPs that prescribe corrective actions and define best practices for ongoing service delivery.
- Train, guide, and support junior operations resources in executing proven SOPs for manual service delivery until automation is deployed.
- Collaborate with automation and engineering teams to test automated workflows and verify outputs against manual benchmarks.
- Adjust SOPs and training materials based on testing outcomes and production feedback.
- Monitor both automated and manual services for performance, compliance, and accuracy; proactively detect anomalies or data quality issues.
- Provide structured feedback and actionable insights to improve service robustness, accuracy, and scalability.
- Partner with operations leadership to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and data integrity targets are consistently met.
