Service Analyst – Hospitality Data Operations & Service Optimization

Seeking a detail-oriented Service Analyst to support and scale data-driven services in a high-growth fintech hospitality environment.

Requirements

  • Pilot and operate new data services—performing data acquisition, reconciliation, validation, and discrepancy analysis across hospitality systems.
  • Document and refine end-to-end SOPs that prescribe corrective actions and define best practices for ongoing service delivery.
  • Train, guide, and support junior operations resources in executing proven SOPs for manual service delivery until automation is deployed.
  • Collaborate with automation and engineering teams to test automated workflows and verify outputs against manual benchmarks.
  • Adjust SOPs and training materials based on testing outcomes and production feedback.
  • Monitor both automated and manual services for performance, compliance, and accuracy; proactively detect anomalies or data quality issues.
  • Provide structured feedback and actionable insights to improve service robustness, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Partner with operations leadership to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) and data integrity targets are consistently met.
