Role Overview
Oversee Dexcom Japan G.K.’s sales channels as the Channel Business Development, aligning with corporate strategy and collaborating with the sales team to boost revenue efficiently through wholesalers.
What You Will Do
Develop a strategy for wholesalers, manage rebates, allowances, and optimize distribution channels, negotiate with wholesalers and shipping companies, and manage regular calls to update strategies and operations.

Requires a deep understanding of wholesalers and seasoned management skills in working with them, with a focus on building good relationships with partners to implement execution and manage group purchase organization to obtain tenders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of industry experience
- At least 5 years of experience working with wholesalers in pharmaceutical or medical device companies
