Role Overview
The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will partner with key stakeholders across the Türkiye business to carry out performance management and investment analysis, providing decision support to help the business maximize Net Sales Value, Gross Profit, and Gross Margin. The role will also support innovation to ensure pipeline alignment with strategy and business partner the innovation team on complex projects.

The key responsibilities of this role include bringing data-led insights, embracing a winning mindset, looking outwards, leading and embracing change, and actively managing risk. The Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist will be responsible for providing decision support, supporting innovation, and ensuring pipeline alignment with strategy.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance or similar roles
- Existing capability to build genuine relationships built on mutual trust & respect
- Successful management of senior stakeholders, resulting in strong and positive outcomes
- Comfort with dealing with ambiguity, complexity, and working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and matrixed environment
- Deep personal accountability for great performance
- Strong commercial and numerical acumen with attention to detail
- Intermediate/advanced excel, SAP (or Equivalent), CRM (advantage or similar) system knowledge
- Demonstrate you have mastered the basics in Financial Analysis
