Air Apps is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, data-driven mindset, and ability to create compelling digital campaigns.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media platforms
- Experience with SEO tools and keyword research strategies
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GA4, UTM tracking, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Ability to analyze campaign data and optimize ad spend for ROAS and CAC
- Experience with email marketing and CRM tools is a plus
- Strong copywriting skills for ad creatives, landing pages, and social media campaigns
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with cross-functional teams
