As a Customer Success Manager, you will be accountable for the overall post sales customer health for in scope customers across multiple areas, including client engagement, service management, financial health, and product utilization. You will lead regular customer facing service reviews and ensure contractual SLA attainment tracking. You will also increase customer awareness of organization changes and drive opportunities for service improvement through accountable functional teams and process owners.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in a customer facing role in a service company
- Experience with Service Management, preferably of complex international customers
- ITIL qualifications and experience are preferred
