Mid-Market Sales Manager

The Commercial Sales Manager will drive net-new logo acquisition across an assigned territory or vertical, focusing on outbound prospecting, building relationships, and managing complex sales cycles. The ideal candidate is a hunter-minded seller with experience in acquisition or hunter sales roles within data center, colocation, telecom, cloud, IT infrastructure, or related technology environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5+ years of experience in acquisition or hunter sales roles
  • Proven track record of sourcing, developing, and closing net-new business opportunities
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling skills
  • Consultative, solution-oriented selling approach
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
