Crash Champions is seeking a Director of Data Science/Analytics to enhance strategic insights and analytics throughout the organization. This role will partner with Finance, Operations, Business Development, and other departments to provide insightful analytics, automate reporting, and create predictive models that drive business performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related field
- 5-8+ years of experience in BI, Data Science, FP&A, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (or R), and data visualization tools (Power BI)
- Experience in financial modeling, revenue forecasting, and operational efficiency analytics
- Experience with Alteryx or AI-guided analytic software
- Proficiency in data analytics and ad-hoc business analysis
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
