Requirements
- Strong background in Global People Operations / HR Services
- Comfortable working across multiple countries and legal contexts
- Deep experience handling Employee Relations cases with confidence and care
- Experience using HR systems and ER case management tools
- Experience navigating GDPR, data protection, and ethical boundaries
