We are looking for a Senior People Operations Specialist who is passionate about enabling a product-led organisation by being a key and integral part of our People team.
Requirements
- Proven track record of ownership and process improvement in People Operations
- Extensive knowledge of German Employment Law
- Experience in managing contracts, visa processes, and global employment matters
- Strong affinity for data and working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Organised and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in HRIS systems and in maintaining HR records accurately
- Effective communicator, able to collaborate across multiple levels of the organisation
- Adaptable and committed to delivering high-quality service
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
