Role Overview

The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for building and scaling the operational foundation that powers Diversified’s marketing organization and demand generation engine. This leader oversees marketing technology, demand generation operations, analytics, reporting, project management, and process optimization.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include leading the strategy, administration, governance, and optimization of the marketing automation platform and broader marketing technology ecosystem, designing and scaling lead management processes, and establishing marketing performance measurement frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technology, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Marketing Technology, Revenue Operations, Demand Generation Operations, or related B2B marketing leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience managing marketing technology platforms and marketing automation systems
• Strong analytical, reporting, and performance measurement capabilities
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and operational transformation projects
• Proven ability to build scalable processes, systems, and frameworks that support business growth
