We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our global team. This role is key to ensuring smooth People operations across multiple countries. From payroll and benefits to global mobility and labor relations, you’ll play a central role in making sure our employees are supported, our processes run seamlessly, and our company remains compliant with local regulations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Payroll, People Operations, HR Operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax compliance, labor laws, and statutory reporting
- Demonstrated ability to reconcile payroll data, audit provider outputs, and resolve discrepancies
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience supporting employee queries through systems such as Jira, Zendesk, Slack, or email
- Ability to work with legal teams, labor counsel, or PBPs on disciplinary actions, PIPs, and offboarding processes
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple countries, providers, and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
