Sales & Business Development Manager/ Lead – Railway Systems

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development professional who understands railway systems and infrastructure. You will drive growth by identifying new opportunities, build client relationships and close sales. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and sales growth in Iberia, working with the existing Operational Team.

What You Will Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, negotiate and close contracts, develop and implement sales strategies, and establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
