Role Overview
The Marketing Manager is a hands-on field position focused on building guest traffic and driving sales for our restaurant brands. Working closely with Operations leaders, this person develops and executes local marketing campaigns, community partnerships, and promotions that connect each restaurant with its guests.
What You Will Do
Analyze marketing performance, consumer insights, competitive activity, and market trends to develop strategic recommendations that drive sales, traffic, and brand growth. Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of local marketing campaigns to maximize awareness, guest engagement, and business results.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related field
- 3+ years field marketing experience in the Restaurant, Beverage, Hospitality, or Retail industry
- Graphic Design, HTML, Social Digital experience/proficiency a plus
- Proficiency in back office use of hospitality platforms such as Open Table and other reservation systems a plus
- Multi-unit / site support strongly preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong professional presence, judgment, and decision making
- Highly organized and detailed leader with a natural ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong business acumen
- Fluent collaborator with the ability to build strong relationships and influence others
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
- Creative thinker with a hands on approach
- Demonstrated Local Store Marketing expertise
- Food and beverage professional or enthusiast
- Operating knowledge of and experience with personal computers, Microsoft Office, and typical office equipment (e.g. Telephones, copier, fax machine, Email, etc.)
- Demonstrated proficiency in proofing and creating collateral materials and branding
