FP&A Manager – Packaging Business

Role Overview

The FP&A Manager will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex financial and operational data, leading efforts to identify cost reduction opportunities, and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting for the Mill.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include month-end close, compliance/reporting, forecasting/budgeting, people leadership, and business partnering.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience, and strong ERP (SAP preferred) experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent work experience
• Seven (7) – ten (10) years of experience in finance or accounting with a minimum of five (5) years manufacturing experience
• Experience working in an ERP system, preferably SAP
• CPA, CMA or MBA certification preferred
• Strong ERP (SAP preferred) experience
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Good communicator at all levels of organization, in both written and verbal formats
• Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Self-sufficient, results driven and detail-oriented mindset
• Excellent decision-making and strong communication skills
