Dorsia is a hospitality-tech startup that empowers members to secure in-demand reservations and provides operators with control, visibility, and revenue optimization. We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that engage, retain, and nurture members throughout their journey.
Requirements
- Own and manage a comprehensive O&O communications calendar
- Develop and execute lifecycle campaigns
- Partner with Creative and Content teams
- Leverage data insights to segment Dorsia’s member base
- Own and maintain a structured testing roadmap
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests
- Actively leverage AI tools to accelerate copywriting and campaign ideation
- Stay current on industry trends and evolving lifecycle marketing best practices
- Own campaign analysis and define, monitor, and report on core lifecycle KPIs
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Business Development, Client Success, Design, and Creative teams
- Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn and deepen member engagement
