Job Title
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join our executive team. This individual will be responsible for all revenue-generating elements within the organization and will play a pivotal role in driving both strong organic growth and strategic acquisitive growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling revenue from £80M to over £150M in ARR within three years.
- Extensive experience in leading global teams across multiple regions and time zones.
- Demonstrated success in integrating acquisitions and aligning them with core business operations.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
- Background in B2B SaaS or marketplace scale-ups is highly desirable.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Hands-on leadership style with a passion for ownership and accountability.
- Deep understanding of sales, customer success, and revenue operations.
- Proficiency in forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue analytics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a passion for digital innovation.
