Growth Director

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical, technical and hands-on Director of Growth to build and scale Dotfile’s growth engine. You will own how we identify target accounts, capture buying signals, reach the right people with the right message, experiment with new channels, and turn what works into scalable systems.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with Marketing and Sales to generate qualified pipeline across our key markets, with a particular focus on our expansion in the US. You will build systems to identify target accounts and buying signals, enrich them with relevant data, and turn them into actionable growth opportunities.

You will be expected to remain deeply hands-on with the tools and systems behind our growth engine. We want to build a small, highly leveraged growth team where technology replaces repetitive work and allows us to experiment faster and operate at greater scale.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Growth, Growth Engineering, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations or another highly analytical role in B2B SaaS
• track record of building growth programs that generated measurable pipeline and revenue
• technically strong and comfortable working with data, APIs, webhooks, CRM systems, enrichment providers and automation tools
• AI is already part of how you work. You use LLMs and agents to research, build, analyze and execute, and naturally look for new things to automate
• builder. You are comfortable connecting tools, creating workflows, manipulating data and prototyping solutions yourself rather than relying on others to do it for you
• combine strong growth intuition with analytical rigor and can move comfortably between an idea, a dataset, an experiment and its impact on pipeline
• thrive in a fast-moving environment with high standards and strong ownership. You are comfortable building from scratch, running multiple experiments in parallel and quickly changing direction when the data tells you to
